Check your EUCOMMEET.eu login

  • on a desktop computer, launch your web browser (recommended: Firefox ; also working: Chrome or the F/LOSS version Chromium )
  • go to the Nextcloud Eucommeet platform
  • fill the username and password with the provided username and password (can't find it? check your email from the panel provider! Don't forget to check the spam folder too!)
  • congrats, you're in!

Can't login? please follow the checklist:

  • check the provided username and password (check CAPITAL letters, numbers, typos...)
  • clear the cache of your web browser: in Windows press CTRL+SHIFT+R on Firefox; CTRL+F5 on Chrome see FAQ - cache clearing
  • check your internet connection (preferred: cable; or WIFI)
  • check your internet connection by performing a speedtest
  • update your system and restart it
  • check your browser: (recommended: Firefox ; also working: Chrome or the F/LOSS version Chromium )

Check your camera & mic

  • on a desktop computer, launch you web browser (recommended: Firefox ; also working: Chrome or the F/LOSS version Chromium )
  • go to the test eucommeet conversation - it's open to guests without any login
  • please Start a call by clicking on the green button on the upper right corner, "Start a call" (if the call is already started, you will join the existing call)
  • give the permission to the web browser to use your camera and microphone
  • if you are alone in the room, you can check if your mic is working by clicking on the three dots "...", and selecting "Settings".
  • congrats, you're ready for the conversation!
